Riad Fes Palais Bab Sahra Suites & Cooking Workshops

The staff were really nice and made us feel welcomed. They always put in an effort, making sure that we were safe in the city and always supplied our breakfast, no matter how early we had to leave. The property looks very Traditional and i loved all the decorations.

Excelente la atención de Yousseff y Wadih, nos sentimos como en casa. El Riad es precioso y se nota que las instalaciones son nuevas, estuvimos en 2 habitaciones, es verdad que la Suite deluxe es un poco más amplia y más cómoda si te quedas varias noches. Tiene ventanas por lo que puedes dejar abierto si quieres ventilar mientras paseas. Sobretodo en verano puede ser un poco necesario. Leímos en varios alojamientos que la gente se queja del mal olor de tuberías, aquí hay muy poco y abriendo la ventana o prendiendo el aire acondicionado esto se soluciona rápidamente (soy sensible a olores). Al hospedarte aquí, tienes incluido hacerte fotos con ropa típica de boda, y para nosotros que festejábamos nuestro aniversario fue un plus. Te ofrecen pedirte el taxi desde el aeropuerto y fue más barato que los que ofrece booking u otros sitios. La comida del restaurante era rica y muy abundante. Desayuno rico, solicitamos huevos y nos lo hicieron sin problemas. Esta fue la segunda y tercera vez que visitamos Marruecos y sin dudas ha sido el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la calle para tomarte un taxi y de la calle principal de la Medina. La puerta azul también está a menos de 5 minutos. Lo recomiendo 100%. Nuestro alojamiento original era otro con muy buenas reseñas pero nos cancelaron de última hora, por suerte encontramos este lugar!

Super emplacement dans la médina à proximité de la porte bleue. Le propriétaire et tout le personnel mené par Wadie ont été au petit soin pour nous durant tout notre séjour. Les excursions réservées par Wadie étaient très bien organisées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort et la décoration de la chambre ainsi que le Riad dans son ensemble, maison traditionnelle Marocaine richement décorée. Les petits déjeuners pris sur la terrasse avec vue sur la médina étaient très copieux et de qualité tout comme les repas (nous avons diné un soir au Riad). Un très bon rapport qualité prix dans lequel nous nous sentions vraiment bien et que nous recommandons.

This is a beautifully restored 600-year old traditional Moroccan hotel that is only a few minutes walk from the Bab Boujloud in Fes’ Medina. The Medina is much cleaner than ever before (we used to live in Fes). The owner (Youness) and Wadih, who helped us throughout our stay were great! Breakfast on the roof overlooking the whole Medina, dinner downstairs were great! Also, there are only 4 rooms currently with plans for an eventual total of only 8, so the atmosphere is quiet and calm…delightful!

Because the medina is more than 1,000 years old, it is inevitable that you catch occasional whiffs of sewer gas, but the open spaces of the hotel are fine and the rooms have excellent air conditioning.

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff, and Mr. Wadii in particular, who were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They contacted with you on WhatsApp to assist you in getting to Riad , The rooms were beautiful, and the more you explored the details, you get impressed more . Thank you all.

Nothing at all

We ate several time in the restaurant and found the food exceptional. Our best treat in Morocco. We congratulate Fatima for her use of the spice mix. Very well dosed Our stay in Fes was made very agreeable thanks to Wahid’s help who was always available to walk us to any place we were not comfortable going on our. He also made sure we would get all the special additions to our breakfast. He is a pro in customer service

A beautiful riad located just a short walk from the Blue Gate entrance to the Medina. The decor is impressive and recreated with great attention to detail. Rooms are elegant and cozy, you will find everything you need, and if not, the staff will provide it immediately. The restaurant's food is exquisite and presented authentically in beautiful dishes. Be sure that staff is always happy to help and is incredibly friendly. We spent a wonderful few days at the Riad, surrounded by hospitality and kindness. A huge thank you to Wadie and the entire team!

The route to the Riad from the main street of Medina, which is a veritable labyrinth, could be better marked. After a few returns, it's easier to find, but it's a bit of a hassle at first.

Enjoying breakfast on the rooftop terrace each morning was the perfect finishing touch to an already perfect stay.
