"The Good, the Bad and the Ugly."

Decor, design and facilities.

Check in was slow and confusing. Requested a double bed ... was given 2 singles Requested high floor ... was given 3rd floor. Requested quiet location ... was given a corner room next to lift and overlooking busy main road and very noisy music bar open till early hours of the morning. Housekeeping was a disaster, had to wait 4.5 hours for my room to be cleaned one day. Hotel band/DJ also belted out loud music most nights from roof top bar.

building is nice, is clean, front door access and taxi cabs are diffucult to get and area floods in heavy rains

service in restaurant and front lobby bar were awful
