Absolutely nothing.

The Place was so filthy we decided not to stay there, Even though we knew they don’t give to money back. We took a taxi, payed another place, and slept there.

the pool is lovely and the grounds are well kept. the staff are very attentive and knowledge able with good English

the room I booked wasn't available so I got an upgrade! but I had to pay the extra by not getting breakfast... the WIFI was poor in th evening and non existent in the morning

No breakfast provided but location was near the harbour. Staff were approachable but overall service and facilities could be better.

It was a last min booking due to unforeseen circumstances and we had to stay near the harbour for convenience. As a group of 8, we booked 4 rooms and realised that the rooms were not well maintained - one room had super dimmed lights, second room had the toilet mirror frame coming off (dangerous), third room had a side of the curtains well torn apart and the last room had super bad water pressure from the shower (even a hose could do better) and there were no hangers and bin in the room, except the toilet. No room services as they only have one key to each of its room. We also arranged laundry services to this accommodation but we believe that they did not understand what we meant when we left them on the counter for pick up. Instead of having them being picked up, the staff decided to wash our clothes for us (which was nice and a decent fee) but when we went to pick them up, three of our items never came back..
