Higiene Falta de conservação das instalações: janela quebrada, chuveiro só com ducha manual, vasos sanitários encardidos, roupa de cama insuficiente para o número de pessoas, teias de aranha no lustre e uma aranha no quarto, louças sujas. Máquina de lavar roupa é fora do aptone comunitária. Trava auxiliar da porta de entrada quebrada

Хорошее расположение. Просторная, светлая, уютная квартира с двумя спальнями, красивой гостиной, удаленной кухней и отдельной ванной с дополнительным туалетом. Было чисто. Рядом магазин Кактус, не далеко остановка трамвая Т1.

Нет Wi-Fi. Это было ооочень большим минусом и проблемой для нас. Писали и звонили менеджеру, но он никак не реагировал на наш запрос.

The location of the apartment is ideal, super close to the city centre by foot. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean and easy to reach. The instructions the owner left us on how to get the keys were clear and the process was not complicated at all. To be honest we only stayed for one night and we only used the apartment for sleep. We were also 4 people so no one had to sleep in the couch that there were no curtains to black out the light.

Some things just need a little attention: No working blinds in living room Needs new toilet seat in main bathroom
