The receptionist was super sweet and extremely helpful after a truly horrible experience with another property the day before.

The kitchen was pretty bare. Would have been great to have a toaster and more utensils, pots, just more kitchen items in general.

The check-in was easy, we had the code and apartment prior to arriving at the hotel.

The apartment had many problems, for example, the lights did not work in the hallway outside the laboratory and also in the closet. I called the telephone number 1-888-733-2964 provided in my email, to make a complaint, and was told someone would call me regarding my complaint, but no one called back. The next day the air conditioning unit leaked condensation all over my clothes and onto the floor creating a very slippery surface. We had to shut down the air conditioner, to prevent further water leakage, in 90-degree temperature. We called the telephone number again, stating the situation was very serious, and was told again that Gary would contact us. After speaking with Gary, he stated no one from your organization contacted him, which is completely unacceptable. We also stated that we could not stay in the apartment without air conditioning, so Gary suggested we move from 904 into apartment 706, which we did. The hotel pool area was never cleaned until Monday, we arrived on Thursday. The outside chairs were dirty from the night before, they were never hosed down or cleaned, and there was garbage all over the pool area, at 9:00 am the staff started to empty the garbage piles and pick up some of the debris. Such an unclean hotel with very low standards. To add insult to injury, the staff at the front desk, valet, and Tiki Bar were so rude and unprofessional. I will never stay at this hotel as long as I live.

save your money and do NOT stay here. This place is in need of repair! the room is terrible #904- in bad shape!
