All rooms appliances were clean and up to date. Easy to contact management to get access to the property. Also allowed me to extend check which I really appreciated.

Outside just need alittle cobweb cleaning but other than that nothing else.

It was very clean and comfortable

On Saturday morning, the toilet stool in the upstairs bathroom overflowed. We quickly turned off the water to the toilet, but there was water all over the bathroom and it has seeped into the hallway and into the adjoining bedroom. I immediately called the property manager, but was told the maintenance man was out of town. it would not be there to fix the toilet until 6 PM. We had to use all of the towels in the house to try to dry up the floor and I was told there was a mop we could use in the utility closet. This left us without towels, so I had to carry the wet towels downstairs to the washer. We had to hang the hallway rug and the bathroom rug outside so they could dry in addition to that we had to run a fan in the bathroom to try to dry up some of the water we left for the day and expected to see the toilet was fixed when we returned however maintenance did not show up until 8 PM. We left again and when we returned, the plunger was in the bathtub so the bathtub had not been cleaned. There was still a towel on the bathroom floor so the bathroom floor had not been mopped so we had to clean the floor ourselves otherwise we would have been walking on the floor that had dried up toilet water on it. We opted not to use the shower again. I feel that the property manager should have come to the property when I called them and cleaned up the mess, but instead we were left to clean up the mess. I also feel that if there was going to be a delay with the maintenance man they should’ve notified us and as I mentioned before they arrived two hours late. Well, we enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very rooming very clean. I do not feel that we should’ve had to clean up the mess from the overflowing toilet and we should’ve not had to wash the towels fold the towels and put them back I should not have had to deal with the wet rugs that we set outside to dry. I was very unhappy with the way the property management handled this situation.
