GBOnce a unique code was received i had a short walk to a local shop where i got the keys.
There was a lot of uncertainty with the processes, i would have preferred to have done all communication via Booking.com than private emails especially when sending private information.

There were stains of blood in the shower and hair all over both bathrooms - we contacted the property at the very same point to resolve, they advised they would resolve ASAP.. then did not respond until after we had checked out. We were supposed to get “terms and conditions” and these were not received. The property would not share an email address/ telephone number to resolve this issue, which is also a very bizzare way of conducting business. They have said they have cross referenced our photos (of blood on walls and hair all over floor) to the cleaners video - am awaiting to see the cleaners video, hoping booking.com are able to help as staying here completely ruined our weekend! We left as soon as possible in the morning as we felt very unclean and unsafe
GBLocation was very close to the gig we attended. Apartment was clean and tidy and exactly as advertised we were not disappointed. Entering the apartment was the start of a great evening
The rug behind the door got stuck on entering, this is the only thing I can think of that didn’t go perfectly.
GBThe view was great, plenty of room for all of us and it wasn't too far that we couldn't easily walk to the city for stuff to do. The car park being right beside the building was also handy.

that we had to wait about 40 minutes for our key to actually check in as the host did not make sure the key was in its actual location that i was told to go to. wasted a lot of our time as we had a reservation to get ready for and the host knew himself in advance what time i was going to check in.
