un gardien est présent non stop. Toilettes et sanitaires séparés mais comme seul, au top cuisine d'été complète pour se préparer déjeuner et repas si voulu. Terrasse face à la lagune et accès directe pour baignade.

Attention pas de baignade le soir ou la nuit, risque de crocodile ! ponton privé mais utilisé pour d'amarage de bateaux

Hace falta frazadas o cobijas. Si nos dieron pero tuvimos que pedirlas y no fueron suficientes para todos

Voyage famille avec 4 enfants. Emplacement top ! Car sur la lagune avec un ponton (bon à savoir : à Bacalar toute la "côte" est privatisée. Il y a juste 3 emplacements avec des pontons publics pour aller voir la lagune et s'y baigner). Les chambres sont bien, climatisation et la literie est bonne. Bon accueil. Personnel serviable mais qui vit dans une petite maison à l'arrière. Très discret en revanche c'est lui qui ouvre et ferme le portail, sympa mais pas hyper pratique, on se sent un peu dépendant de lui. Parking : on peut se garer dans le jardin

C'est quand même très rudimentaire. La cuisine : machine à café, plaque gaz mais très vétuste, une poêle et une grande casserole et ensuite verres, tasses, assiettes, bols en plastique. Propreté : c'était plus que correcte à l'arrivée, mais ensuite s'il pleut, ça se salit vite et pas de ménage (et pas de quoi le faire soi même)

I felt like I was on a camping site, they did explain about the site on booking but I was imagining it was a house , for the price there is better options available

There are no comfortable chairs to sit on.

The house if private and right in front of the lagoon with the option to get a tour right from the private dock. The had a refrigerator and an outdoor kitchen. They had a porch area with chairs to hang around at night. The host has responsive and helpful. I think it's a far price for the number of rooms and beds that we got.

It's a little far from downtown, but you can walk to downtown if you reserve the time or you can get a cheap taxi. The fact that the restrooms and showers are outside might be a little problem for some, but trust me, you can survive. There are other positive things about the place that can make up for that.

It felt almost like living in nature, on the water, with beautiful view, and iguanas coming to our garden

Host not speaking even some English. And paying for 4 rooms, when we needed 2. But that was also good, as there were no other people
