Seafront apartment with balcony, parking and sea views

The location was perfect. You could walk directly across the street and be at the beach and you are also close to everything in town. And the main bedroom was very large.

The entry stairs are old and musty. They replaced the flooring overhead while we were there and it was very loud. The front window had either condensation or grime and you couldn't really see the sea view directly. Everything is pretty IKEA/low budget which is OK, but not amazing. The balcony is smaller than pictured and squeezed in between two buildings. The parking was great EXCEPT when parked cars on the street prevent you from getting to it.

nothing to dislike

The location so close to the sea was excellent. It was spacious and light. It had everything we needed. The sofa bed was high quality and comfortable.

The communal hall was dark and did not reflect the quality of the apartment . The shower was very good but very hard to switch off. There were no instructions for the central heating and the water.

less noise from adjacent flats

The main bedroom was fine . The living room was good . Games,wine,biscuits were welcoming . Kitchen was well equipped .

"Seaview with balcony " was a misguided selling point . Balcony was overlooking next door's back wall and not the sea as suggested by "balcony with sea view" .
