The appartment is very beautiful the rooms are very big , the view is so nice . There is everything you need . The garden is nice as well The owner of house is very kind and caring lady . She always responds to us very quickly and she is always there to help . She treated us as her family . Of course i would book this appartment when i visit Tbilisi again .

The stay was wonderful, and the owner was very supportive. Don't miss the clean and lovely air in Tbilisi. Once you visit Tbilisi and breath, you feel the difference. Don't do my mistake by renting a car. It will disturb your enjoyment.

“Amazing” is truly the best word to describe both this beautiful house and its wonderful owner. Our group of 10 spent five unforgettable days here and were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our stay. The house is very comfortable, and the photos accurately reflect the cozy and stylish interiors. There are so many thoughtful touches that make this place special. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which was a huge plus for us. The furniture is elegant, and the stunning crystal chandeliers add a touch of luxury. We also appreciated the very quiet and modern air conditioners in every room. The patio, adorned with beautifully scented roses, was a favorite spot for our group to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. I noticed that a previous review mentioned a lack of dishes, but we found the kitchen to be well-equipped. Overall, if we return to Tbilisi, we will definitely choose to stay in this house again. Highly recommended!

Very clean rooms with beautiful wooden style. Good location in Tbilisi and excellent pricing. The rooms were super big with their own bathrooms and the beds were super comfortable. The people were super friendly. I would recommend this place. 10/10. Perfect rooms.

The location was very good, close to Old Tbilisi, shops and has a very nice view to the church and the city. The host is very friendly and helpful, and can suggest with the best places to visit in the city.
