Hotel O Lotus Residency Near Anand Nagar Metro Station

Just staff was good

I got overcharged. The price on booking. Com was around 1200 but hotel staff asked me to pay 1800 and they said call customer care if you are not willing to pay 1800. I was tired so I had to pay 1800. This was really bad for both booking. Com and hotel. I was really unhappy after that. And room was also not clean. There were hairs at multiple places. And cockroaches in bathroom.

The behavior of the staff was very strange.It seemed as if we had come to do some wrong work and it seemed as if we had come from some other planet.While leaving, the behavior of the downstairs watchman was very bad, he was calling us and asking for tips, like if we do not give, he will not let us go, I was forced to type.

It was fair experience with the hotel but cleanness is not good there are cockroachs on the floor and the walls and location is good and enough and facilities are good but next time I'll go with another option
