The property was much bigger than the photos show. Very clean and tidy. Loved the terrace and we had an amazing view. The windows have noise proof protection so it’s very quiet and there is air con.

There are 50+ steps up to the property and bins must be put out every night so do consider this if you have mobility issues. This is not the fault of the property, it’s just how it is. Worth the view at the top!

We have problem with check in. Lady insist on exact time of check in. We was on the pressure and we told her time of our arrive, but we couldnt enjoy in Polignano a mare and the end we wait her on the street and looking for her. She didnt gave us exact information !!! She told us that we must wait for her to finish with work and check in is from 14-16 h. We was at 14:45 h unfron a building. We was in same city as this lady, Polignano a mare in same time, she didnt even offer to drive us, even it was showering and we was get wet from the rain. On the end, she didnt have to change money and she want to make us to go outside and tired to find somewher change money, even we told her that will leave or she can go outside to do that. Very rude. Also, she asks more money than on Booking ( but it was ok, you paying some additiona taxes).This was terrible excpirience. They have lizards in the room. No shower gel and shampoo! Can you imagine, must pay about 120 e per aparment and go around to buy shower gel and shampoo 😜 Very noise from outside, you cant sleep. If you want to rent and earn must prepare that guests travelling and dont now exact time of check in, you must sometimes wait for a guests, not let guests wait for you…be more polite.

The apartment is located at a great location close to old town with a nice sunny terrazz overlooking a central square. Spacious, high cealings and very very clean. Close to city center, restaurants and shops. The hostess was very kind and helpful.

The apartment was spacious, with high ceilings, fabulous terrace, well equipped. Perfectly located at the border of the old town. There are nice little shops and restaurants within minutes from the building. Alessandra was very hospitable and helpful with information about restaurants and places to visit. We highly recommended it and will come back again!

Only specific is the lack of elevator which was no trouble for us but may create difficulties.

Loved the apartment location everything.. Exceptionally clean functional. appt with a large balcony looking over the square. The hostess was very welcoming & helpful.

It was in a great location just outside the old town and close to everything. There were so many great things about this property. We loved the large terrace and spending the evening looking at the main square with an aperitivo. We also enjoyed having breakfast every day on the terrace. Great to have 2 bathrooms. It was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful high ceilings. The walk in robe was fantastic. Especially for a long stay. The owners were very attentive. The building only had one other apartment that was occupied by an elderly gentleman. We stayed for just over two weeks and it was perfect. We are looking forward to coming back for longer next time.
