Posizione comodissima, host super accogliente

Free, private parking in front of the apartment. Host was so welcoming; roses in the room and as a gift on departure and a bowl of cherries from the garden. She recommended a restaurant AND booked it for us. Breakfast was also a gift. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout. There were 2 terraces, one small, one large. Some places are done with attention to detail, generosity and sensitivity. The hosts go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. This is such a place.

The shower is quite small. It also could do with a little shelf inside it for soap etc. €10 per dog

Comfortable apartment. Excellent location with country views. Close to attractions. Welcoming host.

Great communications from the hosts. Apartment feels new, lovely large terrace. Spotless. Hospitable family. Fesh fruit and walnuts in the kitchen on arrival. They moved one of their vehicles from their carport so my motorcycle could be under cover. Comfortable beds, quiet location, good night’s sleep. Good English spoken by some of the family. Easy reach of Gubbio città.

Very minor - perhaps a few more kitchen utensils (e.g., sharp vege and meat knives, some breakfast bowls, corkscrew/bottle opener). Small shower (Especially for a larger bloke…)
