DEWir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Filippo war außerordentlich herzlich und aufmerksam, er hat sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob uns etwas fehlt. Ich bin schon oft nach Italien gereist, aber so einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter erlebt man nicht alle Tage. Ein kleiner Tipp für alle, die nach Cagliari reisen: Am besten ein Auto mieten, denn die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nicht mit Deutschland vergleichbar. Alles in allem: Top Unterkunft, toller Gastgeber – absolut empfehlenswert.

GBSpacious wall equipped flat with separate kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Excellent location less than ten minutes walk from the city centre, five minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. Located in the Villa Nuova quarter of city near to bars and restaurants. About a fifteen minute walk from the railway station.

FRThe flat is spacious with an authentic atmosphere and beautiful furniture. The kitchen is perfect to cook the fabulous food bought in San Benedetto market nearby. The bed is big and very, very comfortable. The neighborhood is gorgeous : old houses surrounding a square where you can have a drink or a quick meal, in a pedestrian area right in the city center. Filippo is very friendly and very helpful ! We really loved our stay in his flat.
The neighbours upstairs are a bit loud in the morning if you want to sleep late. But with earplugs, it's OK !
ITFilippo is a nice person and we think that we did a right choice in Cagliari! Next time I’m gonna look for reply in his house. The house has everything for cooking and a cozy area to spend some time for relax. Walking around the area was comfortable.

There was no TV or netflix, the location was difficult to get to while carrying big luggage.

PLVery beautiful and comfortable apartment. Perfect localization, 5 minutes by walk to the most known touristic places, surrounded by restaurants, bars and local shops. Responsive and kind host. We recommend it very much!
It is not suitable for traveling with own car - there is no parking spot close to the building.
