I enjoyed the using the gym and swimming pool.
The presentation of the room was sub-standard. The washing machine and toilet seat were broken. The ceiling lights and vents were dirty and dusty. The main cupboard was broken. One bedside lamp was faulty and both lamp shades were tatty and scruffy. The curtains were creased and did not close properly letting light through the gap in the middle. The TV set up was very unsightly with cables hanging down and toilet paper stuffed in the wall. I was unable to view any TV channels during my stay and there were no instructions on how to use the TV. I did not receive any helpful customer service with this issue after writing several emails during my stay. Please see photos below for the issues described. This room was managed by Airbnb Kodiak Management Ltd, Auckland.
