Beautiful holiday cottage. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Fabulous quiet location.

We have stayed there last December and had Netflix to use, but this time we had to be a member or join. After a day of sightseeing with the family it would have been nice to just flop and watch a film on Netflix. After saying this it didn’t spoil our short break.

Very nice property, well equiped, very kleen. Comfortable bed, good break.

Lack of back garden.

Very cosy old cottage in a secluded and quiet location close to the River Derwent. There's a weir within a minute's walk with attractive trees and benches to linger on. It's lovely to enjoy the dawn chorus. Excellent facilities and a perfect hideaway but only a few minutes from Scarborough. The location is very close to the beautiful countryside of the North York Moors and do explore Forge Valley. Two pubs in the village as well as a filling station, shop and cafe. All in all, it is a perfect place to stay.

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent cottage. Good location, very well equipped with comfortable beds.

It may be beneficial to have extract in the bathroom as it does steam up quite a lot.
