Full room rent paid before one day for triple room. When we reached at hotel they denied room and told your booking is shifted to some other Hotel and instructed me to call OYO Customer care. They hold my call more than twenty minutes with irresponsible manner. Lastly the same hotel people give me a double room instead of triple room with the same amount. No refund given.

Ugly bed sheets, no hot water, TV not working and bathroom is not at all clean and door is very dirty
