Cheating the Customer No proper billing system I have booked through Booking.com sit where they are mentioned need to pay only Rs 3000 but hotel charged 3400 not even provided the bill

It looks Good hotel, if they want, can do wonderful. Lots of furniture, just going idle Hotel is built very good, but no maintenance.

1. Breakfast was good in taste, but it was less in quantity for a normal/less appetite person, no choice and badly presented. Dining room was uncleaned, unhyginic and bad ambience. 2. Facilities promised (Refrigirator, Tea/coffee maker etc.) were not provided. 3. Television was not working despite numerous reminders, 4.Even Ac was made OK after lots of requests. I tried to give feedback, but none was interested. OYO persons promised for refund but nothing was made. I still want to submit my complaint, but do not know, how?
