The apartment was Nice and clean

The pool could have be a bit cleaner and the roof in the back is leaking when raining,could use fixing.the door between the apartments could be sealed better as when cooking in the other apartment it is smelling alot to the apartment.

It was really well situated to walk into downtown Also a very quiet area

It needs a little tender loving care ( like paint work in some areas )

Muy limpio, cómodo, lugar tranquilo, me encantó! Volveré seguro el próximo año.

Solo una cosa para mejorar, no tiene extractor y cuando cocinas el vapor queda en la casa, estaría genial si pudieran considerar eso!

The calmness of the place. It has a charming look.

Unaware before arrival there's a door to an adjoining room which was open. A phone remedied that issue. Uncomfortable to watch TV from the day bed. The notes posted on the walls.

A great location to walk downtown but not to close so it was quiet. Clean facilities and comfortable

I liked the quaintness of the property. I was unfamiliar with Fort Myers, and found shopping for groceries easy, once I located the closest Publix. There is a good amount of space to feel uncrowded, and if the weather were nicer, I could see sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. My week was a cold front week. The bed was comfortable. Loved that the place had a heat option.

There was a door adjoining another room, I did not know about, and was not considering anyone was in there. I was on a "boisterous" conversation and the residents in the back were so rude. Pounding on that door about 10 raps, like the police would. I was never really as ease after that. Also, the pillows need to be cleaned, as the smell of dirty head was very strong. I had to use Febreeze daily. The locking mechanism was difficult for a woman with nails to push down and hold down in order to retrieve the key. I actually did break a nail. I requested an invoice three times, and never received it.

The location of this property could not have been any better! Everything was within walking distance and the place was very homey.
