Hosts communicated well. Bed was comfortable. Shower supplies(soap, shampoo, conditioner) was much appreciated. Close to the beaches if that is your goal.

Couch is very uncomfortable, had to sit on bed pillows. Neighbors/Neighborhood is a little questionnable.

Nothing paint was peeling off walls and it smelled like rancid food

Everything. But to top it off the staff was very creepy. I got probably 10 to 15 messages over the course of 5 days about wat we were doing wrong . as soon as said action happen. Most of the things they blamed us for were bc false and I had no idea what they were even talking about. For example parking my bike in a planter well this never happened because I kept it inside the living room the whole entire time there or it was at work with me so it never happened but this was a big deal for them. Also having activity in the parking lot. I was either at work or in bed there was no hanging out in the parking lot I don't even own a vehicle that could have been in the parking lot to hang out in which again absurd. Then after my stay even after trying to maintain a decent relationship with the staff I accrued extra charges I'm to the amounts of over $500. Also we left at the appropriate checkout time as a matter of fact we left hours earlier place was clean and tidy and everything was great nothing was broke damaged or warn out. We did however have to leave a small bicycle trailer chain to a bike rack that was told to us was where we were permitted to utilize. I'm sorry I came back to retrieve the trailer it was gone and then upon further inspection I found a cut lock and trailer in a ditch had been stripped and everything was gone not 4 hours after checkout and of course nobody knows anything even though there's cameras on the property that they threatened us with a multitude of times but nobody saw anything in the cameras didn't see anything either highly suspect if you ask me. It was nothing with a pain in the ass for us we couldn't even enjoy our time there cuz every 5 minutes it seems like we were answering another message from the staff.

Place was very clean & comfortable.

Everything is easy to reach from this place. Beaches, restaurants, shoppiing.
