Beach Escape 1 Beachfront- Optional Jacuzzi

We prepared our own breakfast. The location was a little bit far and the road going inside is quite narrow, but its okay.

No comfort room upstairs. Better to have one upstairs.

It’s super clean with fantastic furnitures and very well maintained kitchen. The care taker was very nice and approachable. Bonfire is good but again need to pay additional.

Buy everything before checkin as in the place further in and road are narrow and rough road. Jacuzzi should be included jn the price to avoid unnecessary adjustment jn payment. Although its a beach front, the location seems like will almost likely always muddy and wavy most of the time even theres no rain. .Days after, we went to another side of Laiya along Malabrigo-Laiya road, and the beach was super clear. And we’re able to enjoy the beach without ruining our clothers with muddy water.

The house was really roomy, airy and comfortable.

The only downside are the flies but we were already informed beforehand and there are candles and fly catchers provided to help with the problem.

Great location! Just few steps away from the ocean. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Ara, the care taker is 1 text away.

Everything has extra charges.

Thank you to Royal Seascape for such a great overnight stay for our family. We enjoyed the beachfront house which was spacious, nicely appointed, complete kitchen, bedroom and entertainment facilities. The caretaker was very attentive to our needs. There was even a generator available to ensure the continuous provision of electricity. We had good weather so we enjoyed swimming in the sea. We also watched an awesome sunrise - thanks to the owner's tip! It was a perfect setting for family bonding activities.

There were flies BUT there were many gadgets and citronella candles available in the area to shoo them away. So it was not troublesome at the end.

The whole ambiance and vibes is good esp the interior. The staff was really nice and attentive.

Electricity power is not enough to run for the entire house The water supply is too salty. The aircon is not enough to make the whole house centralized. Loft aircon is not working properly.
