Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά σε απίστευτα οργανωμένη παραλία ( 200 μέτρα πεζόδρομος Bohemia seaside beach bar). 300 μέτρα super market, ταβέρνα, φαρμακείο κλπ. Τέλεια οργανωμένο όλο το σπίτι, λειτουργικό, άνετο, με όλα τα απαραίτητα σε κουζίνα, μπάνιο, καθιστικό, κρεβατοκάμαρες. Πραγματικά οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πάνω από επαγγελματίες ( ο επαγγελματίας μπορεί να ξεχάσει κάτι). Οι ιδιοκτήτες μας δεν είχαν ξεχάσει ΤΙΠΟΤΑ. Όλα στην θέση τους καθαρά, περιποιημένα ώστε μια οικογένεια να λειτουργήσει άψογα από τη στιγμή που περνάει το κατώφλι του σπιτιού. Όσα ευχαριστώ και να τους πούμε θα είναι λίγα. Ελπίζω σύντομα να γυρίσουμε και πάλι!!!!!!

Δεν υπήρξε ΤΙΠΟΤΑ που να μην μας αρέσει σε αυτό το υπέροχο σπίτι.

Το σπίτι ΠΕΝΤΑΚΆΘΑΡΟ και πανέμορφο! Οι παροχές πολλές! Ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία!

Ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο το σπίτι, πολύ ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο! Με πολλούς χώρους, με βεράντα και αυλή, μερικά βήματα από τη θάλασσα, αλλά για τις περισσότερες οργανωμένες παραλίες χρειαζόσουν αμάξι (απόσταση 5 λεπτών μόνο). Πραγματικά για τέτοιο κατάλυμα, είναι ευχαρίστηση να γράφεις κριτική! Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ φιλική κ απόλυτα εξυπηρετική! Μάλιστα μας είχε αφήσει δωράκια και προιόντα για πρωινό για τις πρώτες μέρες! Η κουζίνα μεγάλη και καλά εξοπλισμένη! Το κυρίως μπάνιο ήταν πάρα πολύ μεγάλο! Γενικά δεν σκέφτηκα κάτι και να μην υπήρχε στο κατάλυμα.

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό!

Everuthing

It is not a house, but an apartment in a house, where also live the owners on the second floor. It is an apartment with 2 separated bedrooms: one with big double bed, another with 2 single. Beds are very comfortable. Each bedroom has a very big wardrobe. Each bedroom and kitchen has its own balcony. There is something like terrasse in front of the entrance and another one down in the yard. It is clean. There is a extensible sofa and another single bed in living area - also very comfortable. Good dining area. The kitchen is big and has everything you need. There is a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. And separately a toilet with sink and washing machine. Ladies do their best to improve the guests staying. They put on every single bed new beach toys for kids according their age and little present for home for adults. They put everything you need for several days for breakfast in the fridge. Thanks a lot for those. The communication was great. Volos is a great town, there are many wonderful restaurants with taste food and low prices. The beach just wright the apartment is not so good. Go further up the coast, there are many perfect beaches opposite the villas towards Agios.

Living with the owners is like you live with your grandmother. You always see and hear them and they too. We had half of yard, but if we changed something there, the owner moved it in the same day. The man owner always smoked in the yard and all the smell entered the our apartment. In the large bedroom even with closed windows the bed linen always smelled of cigarettes. I couldn`t air the room in the morning. The conditioner from the living was only flowing, not cooling. It was awful. We always air that area in the mornings and evenings. Some neighbors across the street sometimes were listening the music very loud until 1:00-2:00 night. You cannot sleep. All the houses are very close to each other. There is a parking in street, but owner parked his car in front of our gates, because of shadow for his car. The wi-fi was the slowest I have ever seen.
