La posizione perfetta e la metratura dell’appartamento di 55mq ci ha soddisfatti.

Purtroppo l’appartamento dove vivevamo rispetto a quelli dove hanno soggiornato i miei amici nello stesso complesso era non ristrutturato con stoviglie mancanti. Quindi Cattivo stato di manutenzione, scarsa pulizia, polvere accumulata su lampadari e pareti, avendo allergie in famiglia è stato parecchio fastidioso

the view of the room is amazing, best view ever. The room is spacious as well and the shared kitchen and bathroom are quite ok. Plus the building has an elevator.

We travelled in the winter so the big problem is the HOT WATER in bathroom and HEATER in the room. There is barely no hot water for our group of 7 to use after getting back to the dorm at 8pm. Some days in the morning there is little too. And the heater didn't work really well so the room was not warm for us to have deep sleep.

"Ottimo come sempre"

È la seconda volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, appartamento con bagno privato. Sempre pulitissimo. Zona vicino piazza oktogon , ci si muove anche a piedi e in 15 minuti si è in centro ma se si vuole andar in Metro la stazione è a 150 metri.

The apartment was nice and easy to reach. The place was clean and had a good size.

The shower drain was releasing a bad smell, and the the sink one was clogged. We found the people in the other apartment very loud.
