"Very Good"

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the property was only 10-20 minutes away from about everything we wanted to do.

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The person living next door had a very loud party until very late at night one night. The outdoor patio area looked nothing like the online pictures. Was not a usable area for us.

"Easy to get to"

Tommy was responsive and friendly. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Public transportation from the area to downtown and the French Quarters was amazing.

Not as close to town/ activities as I would have liked. The towels and linens were dingy/ dated. Not a deal breaker but a tea kettle would have been nice.

"Loved it!"

The bed was super comfy! The location was ideal for anything in the Bywater area and not too far from everything else! I had to contact the host because landscaping in the outdoor area was not done. The host had someone there immediately.

Bring your own ice. There is no icemaker in the fridge.

"Clean, comfortable, & perfect for our stay"

The home was clean, well-cared for, comfortable, and just a short drive to where we needed to be. All check in and check out instructions were easy to understand and provided upfront, which we appreciated.

The only thing we had a small issue with was one of our group is a light sleeper and got woken up all hours of the early morning by the multiple roosters in the neighborhood. My husband and I never heard them until after we were already awake. This is in no way the fault of the property owners, but something to be aware of for light sleepers.
