A Wooden house in Kardamyla was fantastic! A great part of our wonderful summer vacation. Our hostess Eugenia was the best. One of the best rental experiences I have ever booked. This is the place to stay if you are visiting Ano Kardamyla. The front yard is stunning a great way to end all of your evenings in this cozy home.

Tek kelime ile harikaydı. Tekrar sakız adasına gelsem. Yine burada kalırdık... Çok mutlu olduk. Beklentilerimizin üzerinde idi. Sakin ve sessiz oluşu tam anlamıyla tatil yaptığınızı hissediyorsunuz. Ev sahibinin misafirperverliği tek kelime ile olağanüstü... Çok memnun kaldık.... Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.....

Every single thing was brilliant!!! I haven’t meet a better owner ever. I would like to thank to Jane and her husband to provide everything, answer always on time and asking everyday if we are doing okay. About house, you have 2 refrigerator a big garden with a lovely hammocks , swings and even tennis racket and balls. Owners think everything like i found even sewing kit and hair straightener. I highly recommend this place to couples with kids as well because there is a bed,many toys, books and many more things they provide in the house for babies and kids. Location is good. The closest beach which is one of the most famous one in Chios calls Glaroi takes approximately 7 min by car. Center is also close because island is not that big. Place was quite and you feel like fulfilled and woke up like you new born baby which means freshed. Me and my wife loved a lot and definitely will come agan !!

A wonderful cozy house with a blooming garden, plenty of places to relax and a spacious open kitchen. Janny is a great hostess!!

We are very thankkful to Eugenia for her incredible well thought hospitality. The house and open veranda had everything to come in the evening and relax - Eugenia (Jenny) organized eveyrthing in the way that we should not worry on anything - water, drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic), food, coffee - everything - were ready for the guests. Yard s also equipped with everything to spend evening outside. Place itself is very calm and safe.

Eugenia is very kind and helpful. 💯 we really enjoyed our stay.

It's little bit far from city centre, and outside the village near next Olive trees and farming lands. You definetily need car.

As soon as we arrived, we felt at peace. The large garden had several places to relax and enjoy the scenery, we loved the hammock. The area was quiet and far away from the hustle and bustle, but there was a nice restaurant just a 10 minute walk away if needed. The highlight of our stay was that when we opened the fridges, they were filled with complimentary food: homemade lemonade, handpicked grapes, delicious local olives, bread, eggs, cheeses and meat slices. There was enough food to feed us for breakfast and lunch for three days, which saved us a lot of money and time. The host also provided a thoughtful local mastic alcohol as a gift, and she was an extremely warm person who always checked in with us to see if we needed anything.

We had a motorbike, but the location is not ideal if you don't have a vehicle. It would have been great to have BBQ equipment to further utilise the garden. There were two cats living on the property - it was fun to feed them, but when we left shoes outside they scratched them - be aware if you have any allergies or phobias.

The outdoor spaces were amazing, Eugenia and her daughters and son have been super welcoming and nice, offering us everything we needed for breakfast at the cottage and not only. It’s the perfect spot if you look for tranquility, surrounded just by the cats :)
