"It was like they didn’t know we were coming,honestly didn’t enjoy it."

Very intimate

Our room wasn’t fully prepared for our stay,the coffee and milk had been used by someone else and they didn’t replace it left empty packets instead,the tv didn’t work,there weren’t enough towels literally only had 1,shower couldn’t be regulated. It’s like they didn’t know we were coming.
