Some items did not work or had the wrong plug & the owners representative was very confrontational & to date I still have not received an invoice despite giving them my address & VAT number

The location near the port and with good reach to the city center and to the pedestrian area along the seaside. The very big balconies with a place to have a Coffee & a drink and a nice view. The underground parking just below the appartment at a good price. The appartment complex looks fairly new.

Owners and the administrator do not make even the slightest investment in an apartment that would have a huge potential. They have probably bought the cheapest fixtures, appliances and furtiture they could find and they do not even maintain them. The appartment does not have heating after 1st of April and we had 16 degrees Celsius during the night (60 degrees fahrenheit). The appartment has thin blankets and is not equiped for such "arctic" temperatures. Having a shower and geting out at 16 degrees is quite an extreme experience. One of the 2 beds it creacks and squeaks like nothing we have a heard before. You get up in the middle of the night due to these sounds. This bed and the mattress are the cheapest you can probably buy. The pillows are hard like stones. The doord to the bathroom was broken. It did not close properly due to the closing mechanism that was broken. The microwave open did not function. There were no electricity adapters în the appartment and this oven electricity socket needed such adapter. The administrator of the appartment manages all issues from a distance. This would not be a problem if the comunication and the "manual" would be done with the customer in mind. The manual & all the instructions sent through whatsapp are overwhelming. They bombard you with information because they do not want to be contacted & bothered by customers that have questions. The "manual" was made to be read on laptop or printed on paper, not to be read on phone. Providing tons of information to customers is not hospitality (hospitality being exactly the industry you are in by operating this apartment), it only manages to moove all the logistic burden to the customer.

Great location, very clean and comfortable felt like home. Great view to the sea. Sunny bright rooms during the day, windows block light in the evening for a perfect comfortable sleep. All kitchen utensils and appliances are available. It has an authentic feel to it ❤️Highly recommend! - about 30 min to Pisa -~ hour to flourence ~ 2hr cinque terry ~hrs genova
