Evans Luxurious Apartment 2

Very pleasant accommodation, clean and comfortable in a good location. Everything is as described and shown on the pictures, very nice interior and big balcony. Bonus points for the washing machine! Good internet, which was important for me. Very nice and responsive owner. Can be a little noisy in the evenings and at night from all the night life going on, but this is expected in all these central locations. In the apartment I was staying at it was actually not too noisy because the windows and balcony were facing a fairly quite street.

The apartment is nice, clean, and very close to the city center. Dimitrios was very kind and responsive.

The only negative thing was the noise and the music late at night from the clubs nearby.

It was a very nice accomodation. Small, yes but it has everything we needed. It was very cozy with a balcony, a nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom and a smart TV with a Netflix subsciption that came with the apartment. The owner left us some welcome gifts also and a guide to restaurants and sights to see, he’s a great host, we were very happy to be hosted by him. The apartment is on a very nice, pedestrian-only street, about 10-15 minutes walk from the sea. There’s a lot of restaurants and snack bars close by, supermarkets and mini markets also. I would recommend 100%.

At the weekend It can get a bit loud from the party streets nearby, but I had a good pair of earplugs and wasn’t bothered

Everything. The apartment is spacious, modern, with everything you need. The balcony is super nice, much larger than it seems from the pictures. Location is great, close to very nice restaurants. Bus stop from airport/to Knossos Palace is near by.

A great location, all the facilities needed, a simply amazing host. 10-15 minutes walk from the harbour, next door to the superb Archaeological Centre and major tourist areas the location is unbeatable. The apartment itself was really comfortable with all the basic facilities needed including a washing machine and even a sunny verandah. But the USP is the amazing host Dimitrios. He's really helpful, and instantly responsive to any question or request. Since scheduled check-out was in the morning and our ferry to Piraeus late evening, we asked for a late check-out. Without hesitation he agreed. It made our day do much more comfortable. Can't thank him enough.

Everything was great. A kitchen roll (tissue)would have been nice, but that's too minor an issue. Space for the draining board is cramped, but that's just the design of the kitchen and can't be changed.
