Location, close to everything you need to see in Tuscany, 20 min from Val d’orchia. Clean, comfortable beds. We booked at the end of May-it was so quite outside you could only hear birds singing. It is like from a fary tale, no sound from the road, planes or anything that could disturb your peace.

Plugs are kind of weird and small and can’t put every appliance/hair dryer, etc. into the plug

Property was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The house was cozy and spotless. It has full equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and the best part is the peace and quiet. The garden smells like spring in October, the air is really pure. Val d'Orcia's beautiful towns are in 15-20 mins by car. Our host Giuseppe was very helpful and friendly. We had a really great time in Contignano. Absolutely recommend!

Excellent choice! Everything was impeccable. The location, the house with the small garden, the small neighborhood where it is located. The apartment is very clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything you might need to explore the well-known Val d'Orcia. Thanks to Giuseppe, who provided all the necessary details and welcomed us.

The pool is not private, it is part of a complex with ~30 houses, we were really sad when we realised, because from the descriptions and also few reviews it seems like it would be only for our apartment.

We are happy that we have chosen such a nice and very quiet semihouse in Contignano. It is strategically nicely located on the hill, from which it is easy to reach Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia, Radicofani, Bagni etc. The house has a sitting-dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, two TV sets, a study with a table spacious enough for two computers. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The house is surrounded by a nice garden where we drank coffee. There is a free private parking nearby. The wi-fi speed was enough to work with internet comfortably. We are grateful to Giuseppe for a nice welcome. He awaited for us, explained everything and gave some advices on sight-seeing. We are certainly come back and stay here.

Easy check in. Very clean with everything you need (although the dishwasher wasn’t working). Lovely pool. Easy parking.

Bed not very comfortable. Stuffy inside, could do with a fan.
