Swimming pool - since there was an entrance fee they maintained the cleanliness Owner/agent was so responsive thru chat until the check in time

Check-in time- they were late the time specify in the booking didnt follow , my family arrived early 1 hour before checkin time however, the contact/owner cannot be reached. At 2pm they been informed that they still cleaning the units. Unit- my family got 2 units since they were 15pax the one in the fifth floor was stinky, obviously the linens and pillow case are not replaced. No towels provided as mentioned in the pictures. As confirmed as well Unit one was plain and acceptable, simple
