A great location and excellent breakfast on the roof top . Room clean , bed comfortable and good value.

It was all very good for the price especially.

Add fresh fruit juice instead of packaging juice for the breakfast

Big room enough space

Customer service was excellent staffs were approachable and friendly

Definitely an underrated gem in KTM. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept, with plenty of daylight. Staff are kind and very attentive. Rooftop restaurant has killer views of the Valley. Central location, but being in a side alley, it was very quiet at night, so the quality of my sleep in this property was a particular highlight for me. Would definitely revisit.

Rooms could use slightly better insulation, especially on the windows and the room door. That way guests could stay comfortably without running the air conditioner most of the time - having been in Kathmandu over different seasons, I'm under the impression that this would be true for both winter and summer - and it would probably save the hotel on their energy bills too.
