Great accommodation in a great central location. Everything you could ever need is provided, and the host is very responsive. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

"Couple reboot"

The beach pad is a great place to go and relax! Full kitchen facilities to enable us to cook what we wanted instead of eating out and spending money. Literally 4 minute walk and on the beach which was great! Bed was very comfortable and we both enjoyed the walk in rain shower! Apartment is also very clean and we were greeted by a nice bottle of prosseco, a lovely unexpected touch!

Only issue for me was the sofa which I didn’t feel very comfortable but that’s just my own preference

The beach was literally across the road, and walking distance to the shops and the station.. A beautiful flat, very clean and modern, everything you need for a stay in North Berwick. Ideal for 2 people.

"Excellent for a short stay in North Berwick."

The Beach Pad is in an excellent location, in the centre of North Berwick. Even though it is in the middle of the town, it is just off a road, meaning that it is very quiet. The flat is very well appointed, comfortable and very clean. Although the property doesn't have it's own parking, you are a two minute walk from a free car park and you are only 5 minutes away from the beach.

Not an awful lot! We couldn't fault our stay at the Beach Pad!
