Great location

A few things need to be done to it

Location is excellent for the town. Parking is private and secure. Its also sheltered, so you can avoid the rain when loading/unloading the vehicle etc. Its a pleasant flat, spacious and comfortable. Short walk to to all the amenities.

Blinds in the lounge were in disrepair so unable to close and achieve privacy. The lighting in the lounge was temperamental. Some spotlights aren't working. We also think a pump was running intermittently in the service cupboard. I'd say needs attention as we could hear it stop/starting, particularly at night.

The location was perfect, the apartment was extremely spacious and comfortable and the price was about right.

Sadly, the apartment needs someone to and assess that everything is in order there were several items that need attention before thet get any worse. The Shower screen needs replacing as the rubber inserts are damaged or missing, the shower head holder is loose, the blinds in the lounge are completely broken and the cooker hob doesn't seem to work correctly. These imperfections would not stop us from visiting again as the apartment could be one of the best around.

Location was excellent; so close to the centre of Clifden, yet quiet enough. The private parking was appreciated. I was even able to use the terrace facilities as Connemara was enjoying a mini heat wave during my visit!

Could really benefit from a TV service and/or a broadband connection. I don't watch a lot of TV but it would be good to have the option to stream something without burning through my 4G data allowance.

Great location. Spacious and own outside space.

WiFi would have been good. But that is the only negative.

Nice clean bright apartment very central to everything restaurants and shops.
