Grham Hostel & Cafe Kasol, Katagla

The property is located on one of the higher hilltops so the views you get are simply stunning (possibly the best in the area). The hosts + staff are all friendly and approachable and do their best to make you feel at home. There are game nights you can indulge in, and the food which is made to order, is scrumptious. This isn’t too far from the main city so travelling to and fro is pretty straightforward. The rooms are also well maintained and clean which is always a plus. All in all, there’s very little to complain about. This should be on your radar if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in the heart of nature in and around Kasol.

While the property is fantastic, there are two minor problems that we faced. One, there seemed to be frequent power cuts (which honestly was not a problem considering how pleasant the weather was), probably on account of the weather. Two, the location is a pain to reach. Reviews mention a minor trek and they’re not kidding - it’s quite a hike up to reach there and this can be challenging if you’re trying to head back (say later in the night). That said, these aren’t deal breakers and I’d still choose to come back and stay here.

I think I loved everything to the very last bit, the people, the location, the host, and obviously the 5 Wonderful Dogs.. Also, the in-house kitchen serves some great food, really loved the Aloo Parathas and Coffee. It was a time well spent and Can't imagine myself staying somewhere else when in Kasol again

We had a fantastic stay at grahm. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view and great amenities. It was clean, comfortable and Upasna was lovely. We really enjoyed the food as well. The interiors are great and the hosts are extremely helpful. Thank you to the entire team of Grahm!

The hosts and their army of dogs were lovely. Made us feel like being in home. They assisted us with everything, from carrying the luggages and making us food whenever we wanted. They also took me on a small trek nearby and also suggested things to do around.

We had to trek for 15 mins to get there but almost all the places in that area was in that way but since i came with my mom, it was a litle difficult for her but other than that, nothing.

Location is amazing. Perfect for solo trips. A little confusing the first time.

Nothing to dislike as such 😀

It's a huge property with lots of places to hang out.The facilities and services were top notch even it was raining for the whole time during my stay,there was a power backup which was a plus point. Food was good and pocket friendly.

The way to reach to the property is a bit tricky,I hope the team will fix it in comming days.

Everthing was great, loved the stay here...the location is quite secluded from the busy part of kasol and has 4 charming dogs.The place has an amazing view, we can just laze around for the whole day without getting bored and they serve the best ginger tea.Anand bhaiya and upsana made sure I had a great time. The rooms are spacious and clean.
