The location is excellent, and there are eateries, cafe, mart, food court, pharmacy and many other shops at the ground floor. The condo unit is quiet and the condo building appears to be fairly new. The unit is equipped with all the basic necessary appliances. Free streaming on Netflix and internet speed is acceptable. It comes with free indoor parking as well.

The bed mattresses and pillows were too soft. There was no cover for the duvet, and the mold on the toilet tiles was visible. Additionally, the garment iron was defective, it overheated easily, which unfortunately stained one of our clothes, the bedsheet and the mattress protector. We have since compensated the owner for the damages. Most products and appliances are of poor quality, use at your own risk.
