"Improvements are needed for customer comfort"

Comfortable bed and mattress, near the pool, adequate air conditioning, comfortable dining area, and complete laundry facilities.

Thicker blankets are needed; the floor mats are dirty, and the floor in the master bathroom is quite uncomfortable. More trash bins should be provided, and there are cobwebs on the ceiling as well as stained walls

We really like the environment! It's very comfortable and clean. There are many foods, drinks, and snacks to buy downstairs which is very convenient. The check-in process was also very easy. We will come back and stay a few more days next time.

Hope that there was a water filter machine so we can get hot and warm water easily.
