"Not the best"

We paid for the super late check out the night before. At 11am housekeeping walks in to our apartment. She wasn't aware of it. Then we get a call from an agent saying we should leave. They also weren't aware of us paying for the super late checkout. Then she said we will have to leave for 12pm. We are not satisfied customers.
