The room was clean and nice. The stuff was friendly but not informative.

The stuff did not inform me before my arrival that I will not have water. That was very uncomfortable and unexpected especially because I was with a small baby who needed a bath and clean bottles etc. I had to ask them for water, they gave me just one bucket and tabu with it. That was not enough and also the water was cold, of course, so it was really hard to bath my 7 months old baby. More than that, the AC was very weak. I understand the conditions now of water supply and gas supply on the island, but I SHOULD be informed in advance about things like that! Especially wueh I paid so much money just for one night and I don't get any discount for the conditions!
