Garden by the Bay Southport

Fabulous location. Beautifully set up. Very clean. Beds were very comfy. The owner was very helpful and accomodating when I asked for an extra night. Having car parking is a real bonus. We will definitely be staying here again.

The keypad was loose and needed tightening up . I was worried it was going to fail and we could be locked in or locked out. It would be good to have a dishwashing sponge and dish cloth on arrival The rug in the lounge was curled up at the edges which was a trip hazard. It's a lovely rug but it needs folding the opposite way to get rid of the curled corners . We couldn't read the WiFi to work as the code was rubbed off the chalkboard a little. These are only minor adjustments needed. Hope that's ok.

Very clean accomodation with everything we required. We had a lovely stay and didn't want to leave.

Brilliant location, size of the house wa sbigger than expected, big kitchen and lounge. Double bedrooms had huge beds that were supper comfy. Upstairs loft bedroom was cosy and dark for the kids. Kitchen had eveything you could need, coffee machine with pods was an extra luxury. Big bath and spacious bathroom. Garden was a brilliant size and secure for the dogs, unfortunately we didn't get the weather to use the bbq, but what a great facility to have! We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return ❤️

The apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed. The living room opens onto a private garden, very secluded and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, We all loved the place.

When I first booked it with booking.com, it sent me to another website to fill in a very long form. On the day they didn't just send me the code to get into the accommodation, I found out I had go go to the other website and click something. That was not made clear to me at all, my phone was running out of battery and because I had tried ringing them, been looking on booking.com and checking my phone all day for yhe e-mail or text with ghe code that I was expecting. It was very stressful and I think an older person would have really struggled.
