The apartment was dated and not well maintained at all. The booking agent refused to assist when I reported the issues and only replied that we would look at it. Enjoy your stay

The place itself is a beautiful apartment that needs a little bit of work to make it best! The host really tried to attend to the requests that were made when at the property. Keep it up and always be available on the phone.

The location is good though a bit far from the beach and the Umhlanga places of attraction . The apartment is nice but can be made better and be well looked after. They can buy new plates,pots and cutlery and make it extra not just exactly the number of guests the frustration was more on the check in process I think it's way tooo much and takes very long!! We were also not informed where to go upon arrival to complete the process we had to ask the security. Thanks to the security guys at the property very helpful!!

This is a self catering establishment and therefore no breakfast is served

I didn't like to be asked to present a copy of an ID of someone else, who supposedly, would have been my visitor. This happened at the time I had not even set foot in the establishment. I found that quite intrusive and it probably bothers on issues of privacy violations. I respectfully advise you review that, should it be something embedded in your policies.

This property (apartment) is disgusting if I have to be polite, it shouldn’t even be on booking.com. The estate itself is beautiful except that it has ridiculous rules, resulting in visitors and residents not enjoying the facilities.

The host is arrogant, inconsiderate and rude. The property was filthy with disgusting stains on the sofas, dirty poor quality linen and an unbearable smell throughout the apartment. The overall cleanliness was shocking. Apart from poor quality of the furniture, the deco is anaesthetically pleasing with non-matching bed sets on twin beds. I have never seen anything like this. We arrived at the unit and couldn’t stay in there for five minutes. We had to immediately book elsewhere and leave immediately. Please see attached pictures. I requested my refund and I hope to be fully refunded. I have attached pictures as evidence.

Their attitude is very bad, they will ask you to pay 500 that they will refund it back to you, but they will never refund it.
