Staff great, it was quite and comfortable. Great value for money as the room is HUGE and was easy to relax in after hot day exploring or doing my trail run.

nice and big room, well equipped. nice nearby area with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops

"great staff, location and breakfast"

staff was great. the townhouse was super cool and better than photos. the breakfast and coffee was the best we’ve had in months in Chiang Mai at different spots. bathroom was great too

I don’t love nimman anymore. it’s just too crowded. not the properties fault and if you come to Chiang Mai you should stay here. wasn’t a huge fan of the pillows as they were pretty thick and hard but for many they would love them. the large tv would be great if they had Netflix.

I like everything the room and breakfast but…

the smell of toilet!!! really strong… maybe it’s coming from sewage. If none, this place is perfect…
