The Views Bed and Breakfast

I liked the location and the traditional features that had been retained.

I didn't like the curtain between the toilet and the bedroom, needs a door of some sort for additional privacy. Plus the bathroom had a net curtain - so if the light was on then you would be visible in the bathroom.

the location is a short but hilly walk into the centre of Llangollen. The property is accessed up a short but steep flight of steps. Neither of these things are a problem for most people but need consideration for anyone with mobility issues. The breakfast room and bedroom are beautifully appointed. Breakfast was very good and the owner was very friendly. We can definitely recommend the property strongly - subject to the caveats regarding mobility issues.

The only downside is that there is no parking on-site. The property has parking but it is a little further along the road and down a track - so not ideal if you have heavy cases or bags to carry from the parking place to the property - and then up the steps to the property itself.

I was greeted very cordially at the time I was expected and directed to the parking area, and given all the information needed for our comfortable stay. My order for breakfast and time required was promptly taken and I felt very welcomed. The room was very well presented, clean comfortable and secure with everything needed for a short stay and the views front and back just breathtaking. I liked the big shower and lovely little toiletries included, and had a lovely breakfast chatting to the other guests.

I can't say anything I didn't like, we had a wonderful wee stay. On arrival it's not clear where to park, so we pulled up in a no parking area right outside while the owner showed us the right way.

Beautiful villa with wonderful views across the valley. Stylish room with great en-suite, clean & very comfortable bed. Handy parking. Very accommodating hosts. Had a relaxing stay, thank you.
