The Views Bed and Breakfast

Lovely period house, every possible comfort and attention to detail. Hospitable proprietor, comfortable bed, great room (with views!) and en-suite, good breakfast.

People with mobility or health issues would find the stairs difficult.

A lovely b&b close to town that is well kept, clean, and comfortable. The views from the room are gorgeous, the room was spacious with beautiful period features, a very good ensuite bathroom with an excellent shower and soft fluffy towels provided. The host Paul is really nice and friendly and makes a fantastic breakfast! I would definitely stay agin.

The property was lovely, we had a nice big room and bathroom. A great shower!! The view was gorgeous, I couldnt help but sit and stare out the window whilst having a cuppa tea. The Hosts were very hospitable and cooked a delightful breakfast. Initially we didn’t find the parking, but we could park close by and walk into town quite easily. Plenty of options for Dinner and some nice shops to browse through but not too crazy busy while we were there.

Friendly and welcoming host, beautiful room ensuite was very spacious and squeaky clean with great views of the hills. Also a very peaceful place in a vibrant town. Private parking close by. Highly recommended!

Lovely big room, large comfy bed, good facilities and a lovely view across the town and landscape. We received a warm welcome and Paul couldn't be more helpful in showing us to our room and giving recommendations in the town. Great selection for breakfast and a lovely tasty meal

Nothing as I was unable to go due to a family issue with my 93 year old mother. I cancelled my booking within the proscribed time limit but was resused a refund. I strongly suggest booking elsewhere. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES!

Due to my 93 year old mother being taken into hospital, we had to cancel. After not receiving my refund, I spoke with Booking.Com several time who tried to persuade these thieves and cowboys to refund my booking payment. They refused, despite Booking.com waiving all their fees and making several requests to the ignorant landlords. They did not even get in touch with any explantion for thier ignorance!

Authentic home with loads of character. Close to town. Room was spacious, clean and had all the little extras that felt like home. Breakfast was fantastic!!

I loved everything about this period property, it felt so homely. My room was on the top floor with lovely views from the bedroom and the bathroom. Whilst talking about the bathroom - this was just lovely, you can tell how much care and consideration the owners have given here. I really lovely warm welcome was given and the friendliness continued throughout the length of my stay. Very happy to share the breakfast table with other guests staying here, albeit only on one day due to my chosen breakfast time. As a single traveller, it makes a nice change to have company, especially at the start of the day. Good choice of breakfast items. A lovely comfy bed, extremely clean throughout, great location, would happily go back if I was ever in this area again.

Good view towards mountains. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly.

Parking was a little tricky but worked.
