Le calme de la résidence sécurisée. La situation de l'appartement et sa proximité des lieux à visiter. Appartement propre. agréable et chaud au vu des températures extérieures de 8 degrés.

Manque de vaisselle : absence de poêle, d'égouttoir pour les pâtes. Il n'aurait été sympa de prévoir également une éponge pour la vaisselle. La vaisselle n'est pas prévue pour 4 personnes. Il faudrait revoir ça ! Je suis venue avec une amie nous avions demandé à ce que les 2 lits soient préparés. Notre demande n'a pas été respectée. Surtout il faut réparer la fuite d'eau dans la cuisine et voir la petite odeur d'égout dans la salle de bains

Хорошие аппараты, чисто,были все принадлежности для душа,кухня укомплектована,расположение отличное,рядом метро,остановка трамвая.

Не было фена для сушки волос.

Гарне помешкання з високими стелями.Прикольне ліжко на другому поверсі.На кухні є все необхідне для приготування нескладних страв.Приємний бонус- кавові капсули 😌 При заселенні трьох людей білизни та рушників було на двох,про що написали у підтримку.Питання було вирішене наступного дня через те, що заселилися близько дванадцятої ночі,тому рекомендую в коментарях уточнювати кількість людей додатково. Трохи є пил - прибирання на четвірку, але загалом дуже сподобалось.Ще попросили виїхати трохи пізніше ніж зазначено (10.00) і нам не відмовили ,дозволили бути до 11.00. Реєстрація в готель проходить через їх зостасунок,після чого зʼявляється пароль від смарт замка.Тобто немає безпосередньо контакту з адміністрацією. Помешкання находиться в 2 хвилинах від станції метро та 17 хвилин пішки до Liberty Bridge

Запах каналізації,але я так розумію,що це у багатьох помешкання Будапешту,крапає вода з бойлера на кухні,судячи з іржавої плями , доволі давно, але це все дрібниці,коли вертаєшся з прогулянки втомлений та падаєш спати,це вже неважливо

The location is good and near the station

ABSOLUTELY NO RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS PROPERTY. When we arrived everything seemed nice but literally the first night the boiler started to leak in the kitchen. We had to immediately turn it off otherwise it would leak much more, but it was still leaking even after that. Also the heating didn't work and the radiators were stone cold, as well as no hot water because we were scared to turn on the boiler again. Don't forget it was almost november so it was pretty cold outside and the heating was necessary. The worst thing about it all was that when we contacted the property we got no response. We have contacted them everywhere, on Booking, on other app for check in, we called all the numbers they left including the emergency number and yet we didn't get any response for the whole night and the following morning. We only got a response from them on Booking when we left the message that we are leaving the apartment and that we will not come back. Also they refused to give us refund for the remaining of the days that we payed, even though we were considerate enough not to ask for a full refund. Even the Booking themselves contacted them for a refund but didn't succeed.
