Mattress can be better

If you have a keen eye on design, you should book it for the kitchen counter alone, and that bathroom design, washing machine - fantastic. You could see the owners thought of the place not just as a crushing place but cozy, compact, self sustained scandinavian style crib worth a visit on it's own. Blackout blinds - a win. Were really important. All in all, cozy, beautiful flat for a solo traveller.

As it's old wooden house on a ground floor overlooking brick street, passing cars and people on a stairwell in morning and evening sounded super loud. Otherwise, the place and area were silent. And the thing that was fine for me but still - not sure how 2 parents and a kid would fit, especially concerning boiler. When I washed dishes, I had to wait for water to become warm again in shower that with postponing hair washing for the next day. As I was on my own, no problem, but sharing a flat with someone - could be an issue.

The place was super modern, comfortable and close to the bus station.

Despite low levels of tourism in the city during low season i apparently wasn't able to extend for another night. Getting the key out of the lockbox was also very difficult and stressful after a 7 hour bus ride from Estonia. Otherwise i would've given a 10/10.

Was very comfortable, surprised that they thought about small kids and had some games. Very nice
