The 3 mile hike to the beach, the railway sleepers, were dangerous and hard to negotiate, not disabled friendly, no seating anywhere the entertainment area was a joke,,
GBLovely and clean property. Have stayed here before for two weeks a couple of years ago. Also close to Scarborough, Whitby etc.
No problems with the property. Thought the gap between the properties are a bit tight with the size of modern day vehicles.
GBThe owners make you feel very unwelcome and ring you anytime you turn the heating on to tell you that they will charge you. Had to tread on eggshells. They also try to milk more money from you by charging you for leaving the recycling neatly at the door, although they never told anyone that you needed to take your recycling with you. Not friendly! Not worth it!

The duvet cover did not fit the duvet and I could feel the springs through the mattress but I did sleep well in spite of this, so not perfect but not too bad. Liked having our own en-suiite rooms. The TVinmy room didn't work but I do not watch TV in bed so nothing lost. Everything else was good
