We were visiting family in the area, and it was ideal. Had everything we needed, very clean and a nice welcome from the host when we arrived. Would definitely stay there again. Even had a nice cupboard of things you might have forgotten!

The only downside for me was there was a footboard on the bed which, as I'm 6'3", made the bed slightly awkward for me. But that's a very minor point. Wouldn't stop me staying there again.

"Cosy accommodation, well equipped and convenient."

Convenience of the location, close to Dereham with easy access into the town. A lovely accommodation which had absolutely everything you could need. Very homely and warm feel to the place and we will definitely be returning when we visit friends who are moving to the town.

The kitchen is very well stocked and has lots of tea coffee and condiments and an excellent washing machine

I do love a bath, but the shower was excellent
