"Exceptional"

10.0

The studio apartment is divided into three spaces, two bedrooms and a living room, the division is not hermetic and not soundproofed, but it was very comfortable for us (two friends). The bedrooms are very small but sufficient. A short walk to the ski run (number 34) saves the trip to town - really worth it! The ski run is to the central gondola. The return at the end of the day is also excellent, the area from which you reach ski run number 34 is fun. Getting to the apartment from town and to it - only by car! The host seems to think about all the little details and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need! There were also lots of surprises and things we didn't expect to receive. Check-in and check-out were easy. (we arrived late at night)

The building's soundproofing - we heard noises from other apartments - not too bad

"The suite was okay. The building is shabby. The view is stunning."

The promotional literature had a different name than the whatsapp which created confusion as I am old and rely on paper.

The lobby and hallway s are third world. The ski locker area is poorly lit and unpleasant. The hallway s are so poorly lit it makes it difficult to deal with lock boxes and keys .

"Perfect!"

10.0

The location was really good. Nice communicatio with property, apartments really comfortable. Alsoit is easy to access slopes and lifts. Also if you have some intermediate skiing skills you even can access lifts and slopes much more easier (from exact slope point :) Also ski rental is near the living place.

"If happy with a studio without privacy & a bit away from town, it's good value & recommended"

6.0

The flat is equipped with all the necessary for a self-catering holiday. It's well laid out, with eating and lounge areas. A nice touch was the laundry pack containing a bathrobe, slippers, towels, bed sheets, included in the rental price, a rarity when renting apartments. Toiletries and some basic food staples were available in the cupboards but I am not sure is these were left by previous renters of if the hosts provides them (sugar, honey, salt, etc). We appreciated the welcome drinks and biscuits, also a nice touch. The flat needs a bit of TLC and some upgrading (like the rest of the complex) but it's comfortable and very warm and was good value for money for us (especially if the rent is split). It is walking distance to Cielo Alto ski lift but not a great option as the connection to the rest of the resort is via a red piste. Weak skiers would find this access pretty useless. The restaurant next to the ski lift (at Base Camp) is very good and an option if you don't want to go down to the town centre.

The apartment is described as having 2 bedrooms but in reality it's a partitioned studio and the partitions are NOT floor to ceiling so there is limited privacy, you can hear everything. The 'room' with bunk beds is very small and suitable for children or young adults - older people will find the access to the upper bed quite challenging (the ladder is small, hard and not very stable). The flat is suitable really for a family (or intimate friends), due to almost no privacy. The access to the shower can be challenging. For the whole week we were there, the concierge did clear the snow in the car park nor on the small ramp accessing the entrance, making it a bit dangerous as the snow became ice. The location can be a problem if you don't have a car: going to the centre of the town is not a problem as it's all downhill (takes about 20-25 mins depending on where you have to go). The return is all uphill. There is a shuttlebus but the last bus up to Cielo Alto is at 20:30 so a night in town requires a cab ride - or an uphill walk.
