No a/c I pay for another room on same day

The location is on the boardwalk.

To collect the keys was a horrible experience! I got the key from a lock box at a different location. Then that key didnt work at all! I had to wait for security to come to the room on the 23rd floor with a replacement key however, that key different work neither. Then the security guard went back down stairs after speaking to host to retrieved ANOTHER key which finally worked. This long process of continuous calling the host and security going up and down the BUSY elevator dealing with this key situation took a whole hour to finally get inside the room. The host was very unprofessional !

Great view. Good location. All the basics you need.

A lot of burnt out light bulbs. Bathroom sink area especially. Tub does not drain correctly.

The place was cozy and comfortable however the kitchen utensils and pots need to be upgraded

The room was not as advertised it was not a one bedroom and it was quite small for four people a bit uncomfortable the ad that said one bedroom it was only an efficient with the kitchenette

Parking was not good. Very small very tight. No spaces available at times. I have a handicap tag but no handicap spots available. No elevator available and ended up finding spots only on fifth floor. Curtains in room broken so could not be closed so the boardwalk lights showed through all night.

I didn't like how unclean the room was very dirty and dusty, did not like the bed sheets that was not matching, did not like how the kitchen was set up everything was dirty it did not look like it's supposed to look when I seen pictures
