Fake photos there is nothing like photos.scammers lost all my booking amount booking.com also not helping worse experiance of my life full of bugs and cockroaches. have to check out at 2am with my family. please stay away from FAB Hotels.they are scammers

I m female and have travelled alone. due to indigo flight issue I had to stay in Mumbai. during midnight i got a call from hotel representative and he talked in hindi that i don't understand after that they unneccessarily knocked the door I haven't open that as it was midnight. morning when I asked about this , they refused. complete nonsense behaviour. I was afraid and I couldn't sleep throughout the night. No breakfast. No water
